By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Medical Disclaimer (Not a Healthcare Provider)

All information provided on this platform, including cost estimates, treatment descriptions, and recovery timelines, is for educational and logistical planning purposes only. It is never a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• We do not provide medical consultations or dictate treatment plans.
• The ultimate decision regarding your medical treatment must be made between you and your chosen, accredited healthcare provider.
• While we exclusively partner with JCI and NABH accredited facilities, we are not liable for clinical outcomes, medical malpractice, or surgical complications.

3. Data Privacy (HIPAA & GDPR Compliance)

The protection of your sensitive Protected Health Information (PHI) is our absolute priority. We adhere strictly to the frameworks established by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

How We Use Your Medical Records:

When you upload medical records, MRI scans, or X-rays via our secure "Get a Quote" portal, these files are end-to-end encrypted. They are shared only with the specific hospitals and clinical review boards necessary to generate your treatment estimate.

• Right to be Forgotten: Under GDPR, you have the right to request the total deletion of your medical records and personal data from our servers at any time.
• Data Security: We utilize 256-bit AES encryption for all data at rest and in transit.

4. Scope of Coordination Services

International Support Group provides end-to-end medical travel logistics. Our scope of services includes, but is not limited to:

• Facilitating clinical reviews and tele-consultations with international specialists.
• Providing itemized, transparent cost estimates from our partner hospitals.
• Assisting with medical visa documentation and local travel logistics (airport transfers, accommodation booking).
• Assigning a dedicated Care Coordinator for the duration of your stay.

5. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Transparency Guarantee: We do not charge hidden agency fees to the patient. Our facilitation services are often compensated directly by our hospital network partners, allowing us to offer coordination services at no extra cost to you.

Hospital Payments: The actual cost of your medical procedure is paid directly to the accredited hospital (usually upon arrival or immediately prior to surgery). International Support Group does not hold funds for medical procedures.

Cancellation: If you cancel your trip, any deposits made for third-party logistics (hotels, flights) are subject to the refund policies of those respective vendors.
